Alright, here are some tips to quickly increase your revenue if you have not done so..
- Remove on-site publisher advertising.
- Add images or video near the ads but please put a line or border to seperate them. The images and video should not in anyway make your visitors think that they are associated (yeah rite!).
- Blend your ads, make sure the links are blue and the URL colour stay as close as possible to the background colour.. this makes the ads spaced out more and thus looking more like content.
- Avoid 468×60 by all means.
- Draw a unconvential polygon, slide them to pieces, places your adsense in middle of it.. this will make your adsense not like an adsense… adsense always comes in a shape of rectangle or square.. so this unconventional shape will make them looks not-square. And obviously match your ads background with the colour of the polygon.
- Less content and links and choices leads to greater CTR.
- Use link unit as though they are a navigation bar.
For placement
- Place them on the right hand side of an article.
- Slice your article into multi page and place your ads at the bottom of the article before going to the next page
- For forums, place your ads below the reply button, never between post.
- For forum again, place below the signature of your users *be ready to get fired*
- Place link unit either right below or above your navigation bar. make sure your navigation bar uses the same font size and colour scheme as your link unit.

Have fun tweaking!

Why don’t you apply adsense ads in your blog too?
The reason I do not apply adsense to my blog is because
1. I wish to keep this blog as ad-free as possible.
4. It will not be a significant income. at least not yet.
2. Also keeping this site as clean and spacious as possible.
3. making more space for more valuable info for my readers.
Thank you for raising up this question. Hopefully my readers will appreciate what I am trying to do.
“For forum again, place below the signature of your users *be ready to get fired*”
Meaning? Btw, placing AdSense on a site that is related to it won’t make much money. Just keep it like that, it looks professional.
Reason you will get fired by members if you place adsense below member’s signature is because it would seem as though the adsense is the member’s website. Cause if you see in most forum, members will place link in their signature linking to either their blog, product..etc.
yes thats right. placing adsense on adsense related site yield extremely low clickthrough
and some visitors is wondering why I say avoid 468×60 by all means. the thing is 468×60 ad banner is one of the longest ad format ever on internet. therefore a lot of people tend to be ad blind towards 468×60 banners. its not that you will not get any clicks, chances are its much harder to yield high CTR with that particular format.
